This is my initial series of work using recycled materials. Architectural corners were ideal subjects – I wanted the “canvas” to project out from the wall, and needed to experiment with using a new medium. Classifying this work was difficult: was I sculpting or painting? As my work became more popular, people started to refer to these as my “Corners,” and that’s just fine by me!
